Leeds Trinity University are seeking to appoint an inspirational and highly motivated recent graduate of LTU to support the development of sport and physical activities at the University. It is an exciting time to join Leeds Trinity University as we look to develop our Sports Development long term plan to enable us to create a unique, nurturing, inclusive and diverse offer for sports, health, and physical activities.
You will play a key role in the delivery of student and staff, sport and physical activity ensuring that our student activators are empowered and supported to develop an outstanding programme of sports and health- related activity. You will also play a key role in sport and health-related School-wide recruitment and outreach initiatives.
We are interested in your potential and are looking for a talented graduate who can bring passion, enthusiasm, and creative ideas to the sports development team. In return, you’ll work with a range of stakeholders across the University and benefit from a planned and supervised role where you will gain knowledge and experience in the HE Sports development sector, and benefit from role-specific training and development.
The successful candidate will have knowledge of sports development initiatives both regionally and nationally as well as experience in sports project delivery and volunteering. The hours will be an average of 35 hours per week. Flexible working of both evenings and weekends will be expected of the role.
