About the Role
We’re seeking a public relations professional with 3-5 years of experience in an agency or public affairs environment, who has already managed clients and campaigns and is now ready to take on greater strategic responsibility. You’ll be hands-on in leading accounts, mentoring junior team members, and developing content and media relations that shape conversations in international and national media.
Key Responsibilities
* Serve as day-to-day lead for client accounts, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of all communications activities.
* Develop and execute PR strategies that align with clients’ public policy and reputational goals.
* Craft compelling content, including press releases, op-eds, statements, and media briefings.
* Pitch stories to high-level media outlets and maintain strong journalist relationships.
* Conduct research and media monitoring to inform messaging, campaigns, and strategic recommendations.
* Support new business pitches and proposals.
* Oversee junior colleagues and foster their professional development.
Who You Are
* An experienced communications professional with 3-5 years in PR, strategic communications, or public affairs.
* A confident client handler who can build strong relationships and offer strategic counsel.
* Passionate about public policy, global affairs, and media trends.
* A clear, persuasive writer and editor, comfortable working across formats and tones.
* Skilled in developing media strategy and securing impactful media coverage.
* Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable managing multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment.

Salary: £40,000 - £47,000 depending on experience
