Support Worker Halesowen, West Midlands Hours: Part-time (Minimum 18 hours per week / 3 shifts per week, including evenings and weekends) Salary: Competitive (dependent on experience) About the Service Our client provides supported living services in Halesowen, which provides care and support for young people aged 16 - 18 years across 10 individual apartments, along with a dedicated Mother and Baby Unit. They work with young adults who have experienced trauma, family breakdown, or adverse childhood experiences, helping them to build independence, stability, and positive futures. Our client is now seeking compassionate, reliable, and proactive Support Workers to join their dedicated team and make a real difference in the lives of vulnerable young people and young parents.
The Role As a Support Worker, you will play a key role in supporting young people to achieve their personal goals, develop life skills, and transition towards independent living. You will work closely with the Deputy Manager and other team members to deliver person-centred support within a safe, nurturing environment. Key Responsibilities Provide emotional and practical support to young people aged 1618 and young mothers in our supported accommodation.
