We are proudly recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced and motivated Senior Production Operator to join their established manufacturing team. This temp ongoing role offers long‑term stability with genuine opportunities for permanent employment.

The Role
Health & Safety
Follow all Health & Safety and site security procedures.
Report any safety or environmental concerns accurately and promptly.Production & Process Control
Take responsibility for plant operations to ensure consistent, efficient output.
Maintain recovery rates and reduce downtime through ongoing monitoring.Quality Assurance
Work in line with daily quality procedures to meet audit and customer requirements.
Maintain accuracy and attention to detail across all tasks.Maintenance & Hygiene
Support the maintenance schedule alongside supervisors and engineering teams.
Keep accurate records for maintenance, hygiene, and plant checks.Teamwork & Communication
Maintain a positive attitude and contribute to a supportive team culture.
Communicate clearly with production, warehouse, logistics and customer service teams.
About You
We are looking for someone who brings both experience and the right attitude to the team.
Essential Experience
At least 1 year of production or warehouse experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.Personal Qualities
Confident, enthusiastic and aware of surroundings.
Strong timekeeping and a proactive work approach.Communication
Patient, clear communicator with strong listening skills.
