Planning Officer

Our client, a reputable public sector organization, is currently seeking a Planning Officer to join their team. As a Planning Officer, you will play a crucial role in the field of Development Management, working within a London Borough.
Key Responsibilities
Assessing minor and pre-planning applications
Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and policies
Maintaining accurate records and documentation
Providing advice and guidance to colleagues and stakeholders
Contributing to the development of strategic planning initiatives
Conducting site visits and inspections
Preparing reports and recommendations for planning committees

Job Requirements
Significant experience in Development Management
