Micheldever Tyres is looking for a Fleet Administrator to support Fleet ensuring all vehicle records are updated timely and maintained accurately. You will also be responsible for liaising with insurance companies, 3rd parties and brokers.

You will be accountable to the accurate administration and maintenance of the company fleet records and will be required to prepare and distribute accurate data to the management teams as required.

* Location: Winnall, Winchester
* Hours: 8.30am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday
* Must have: Full UK Driving Licence

About the role:

* Compiling spreadsheets with relevant vehicle information and sending this to all Depots and Sites as required. Listing and calculating any costs involved.
* CAPEX Forms, Record and File, Request finance and obtain signatures for approval. Liaise with finance suppliers and vehicle suppliers to ensure finance agreements and vehicle prices are competitive.
* Assign nominal codes to all new vehicles. Update (MID) insurance database. Create bill of sales when necessary.
* Communicating with the Drivers to obtain relevant information to process paperwork.
* Ensuring various records are maintained accurately and are kept securely.
* Ensure vehicles are chosen, budgeted, purchased, financed, and delivered as per budget time scale.
* Liaising with insurance companies and drivers regarding accidents.
* Ensure PIID values and driver records are correct for staff tax purposes.
* Ensure all vehicles are disposed of legally and the DVLA are informed and the correct paperwork is completed.
* Ensure all licences are renewed and paperwork is completed, and all vehicles are recorded on the licence.

About you:

* Experience in a similar role
* Good written and verbal communication skills
* Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications
* High quality work output
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Ability to remain calm under pressure
