Overview
Trainee Social Worker (Work/Study Training Programme)
Approach Social Work (formerly known as the Frontline programme) offers a fully funded training path into children’s social work. You’ll work directly with children and families to ensure safety, support and thriving outcomes, while gaining skills, experience and a master’s degree to succeed in your career.
On the programme you’ll develop a deep understanding of child-focused practice and build relationships that create real change. You’ll explore anti-discriminatory, anti-oppressive and anti-racist approaches and earn a master’s degree along the way.
