We are currently recruiting for a Vehicle Sales Administrator on behalf of our client, a leading commercial vehicle leasing company based in Bridgend. This is a strategic opportunity for an experienced professional to join a high-volume team supporting the sales process with comprehensive administrative support. The Vehicle Sales Administrator will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth management of sales documentation and logistics.

Monday to Friday working hours, 8:00 am – 4:00 pm, with flexible options available
On-site role based in Bridgend, with no remote working optionsDuties:

Manage the sales administration process for approximately 25-30 units per month, ensuring accurate and timely paperwork completion
Organise vehicle conversions and coordinate delivery schedules to meet designated deadlines
Arrange transportation and logistics for vehicle movement and delivery
Support daily business operations by maintaining organised records and documentation
Liaise with sales teams and external agencies to ensure seamless administrative workflows
Use Microsoft Office, Excel, Xero, and CRM systems (preferably Zoho) to update records and track progress
Assist with onboarding and training related to CRM software, demonstrating adaptability and quick learningRequirements:

Proven experience as a Vehicle Sales Administrator or in similar automotive administrative roles
Strong organisational skills, capable of managing high workloads efficiently
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, and experience with Xero and CRM systems (Zoho experience preferred)
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Must be able to attend work on-site daily, as this role is not suited for remote or hybrid arrangements
