Key Responsibilities
* Project Planning & Delivery: Lead and manage facade and EWI projects, including planning, scheduling and resource coordination to ensure timely delivery.
* Contract Management: Manage contracts and ensure compliance with all terms, particularly NEC, FIDIC and other non‑JCT clauses.
* Site Supervision: Conduct frequent site visits across the Home Counties to monitor progress, ensure quality standards and provide technical guidance.
* Stakeholder Management: Work closely with clients, architects, consultants and subcontractors to maintain clear communication and resolve issues.
* Budget & Cost Control: Manage budgets, track costs and ensure projects remain within financial parameters.
* Risk Management: Identify risks, implement mitigation plans and uphold health & safety standards at all sites.
* Reporting: Provide regular updates to senior management, stakeholders and clients, including progress reports, timelines and financial performance.
* Team Leadership: Lead and mentor project teams, fostering motivation and efficient coordination.
Job Requirements
* Contracts Knowledge: Proven experience managing contracts other than JCT (NEC, FIDIC, etc.).
* Leadership Skills: Strong team management and motivational ability.
* Technical Expertise: In‑depth knowledge of facade systems, external wall insulation and building regulations.
* Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with clients, consultants, subcontractors and internal teams.
* Site Experience: Comfortable with frequent site visits across multiple locations in the Home Counties.
