The Role
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Support Manager to oversee operations and ensure the highest standards of care across our care homes.
As a Support Manager, you will:
* Provide effective leadership and management across multiple homes.
* Recruit, train, and mentor care home managers and staff.
* Monitor financial and business performance, implementing strategies for improvement.
* Ensure compliance with all laws, regulations, and industry standards.
* Maintain and enhance the quality of care and living environment for residents.
* Build strong relationships with residents, families, staff, and external stakeholders.
* Implement performance monitoring and reporting systems.
Reports to: Operations Manager
Skills & Requirements
* NMC Registered Nurse with relevant post-registration experience.
* Proven experience managing a care home or similar healthcare setting.
* Strong knowledge of financial management, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to motivate and support teams to deliver high-quality care.
* Commitment to best practices in elderly care.
