Responsibilities
* Lead and manage CFO & Enterprise Value engagements, including finance transformation, process improvement, technology implementation, and strategic advisory projects.
* Cultivate trusted relationships with senior client leaders, deeply understanding their business needs and aligning solutions with industry best practices.
* Oversee project scope, budget, timeline and resources; proactively mitigate risks to ensure smooth execution and adherence to quality standards and compliance requirements.
* Spearhead business development activities, crafting compelling proposals and presentations for senior stakeholders to drive growth and expand client engagements.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams (technology, operations, strategy) to deliver integrated solutions addressing complex finance and business needs.
* Provide strategic advice and thought leadership on finance-related topics.
* Contribute to the growth of the CFO & Enterprise Value practice through thought leadership content, internal collaborations and innovative offerings.
* Lead and inspire high‑performing multidisciplinary teams, fostering collaboration, mentoring, and performance management.
Qualifications & Experience
* Extensive experience with digital finance transformation projects and large‑scale platform implementations (e.g., SAP).
* Proficiency in key finance technologies, including cloud ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Workday, Microsoft Dynamics.
* Practical knowledge of cutting‑edge technologies (Gen AI, RPA, Analytics) and their application in finance.
* In‑depth process expertise in designing optimized and digitised finance processes: Record‑to‑Report, Order‑to‑Cash, Purchase‑to‑Pay, Acquire‑to‑Retire.
* Capability to develop compelling business cases highlighting financial benefits and ROI of platform investments.
* Experience managing a sales pipeline and leading bid/proposal processes.
* Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills, with ability to influence at all levels.
* Professional finance or accounting qualification (ACA, CIMA, ACCA) desirable; MBA a plus.
* Flexibility to travel as required to meet client needs.
