Young People and their care givers are offered needs led, intensive community support using a blended model of F2F and virtual appointments in a variety of non-hospital settings including our clinic and family homes. Programmes are individualised and include a variety of supported meals, individual work with the YP, ongoing FBT, parent work and close physical health monitoring.
