Responsibilities
Manage and maintain positive relationships with buyers remaining strong at negotiating prices
Increase client spend by delivering excellent customer service and building strong relationships
Supplier/Agency management, Critical Path management and Design and Print management
Maintain CRM system, keeping all electronic and paper records up to date
Research all competitors/customers, keep up to date information on product categories
Identify areas for New Product Development through strong market awareness
Compiling and presenting weekly reports summarising all current and future projects
Requirements
Proven track record in successful Account Management
Outstanding communication and relationship building skills
Ability to perform well under pressure and meet deadlines
Excellent verbal, written and MSOffice skills
