You will have leadership responsibility for the development of commercial growth opportunities for the campus and the achievement of commercial growth strategic targets including the horticulture and retail outlet, corporate and professional services events, community activities, greenspace outdoor and therapeutic intervention activities. You will be accountable for providing high quality provision, across all provision types and ages, including HE, day release apprentices, looked after, home educated and learners who have high needs. As Director of Campus, you will be instrumental in:

* Leading and managing the campus on a day-to-day basis, ensuring seamless operations.

* Developing and implementing long and medium-term strategies to ensure the campus excels in responding to local and regional skills agendas through innovative curriculum plans.
* Contributing to group-wide strategic planning, addressing challenges, setting future priorities, and achieving funding targets and market share growth, particularly in key areas.
* Ensuring staff are skilled and motivated to deliver innovative education that meets the needs of their students and local employers, fostering strong progress in personal, social, and vocational skills.
* Providing operational management and oversight for campus teams, collaborating with accountable managers to ensure all students at the campus receive high-quality education and support to overcome barriers.
* Utilising commercial insight and partnership experience to build strong relationships with civic and community stakeholders, local authorities, schools, employers, and organisations within the SYMCA, Leeds and Sheffield City regions.
* To work closely with the Inclusive Curriculum and Additional Learning Support teams to ensure the smooth planning, monitoring, development and delivery of provision to support the Group’s SEND promise, 3-year Skills and Progression Plans and SEND/SEMH initiatives and ensure statutory and organisational compliance.
* Working collaboratively as a key member of the Group's leadership and management team to uphold and advance their mission, vision, and values.

If you're ready to make a significant impact on the lives of their students and the economic prosperity of their region, they encourage you to apply.

Skills and Qualifications

They're looking for an inspiring leader with:

* A track record of successful curriculum and quality leadership within a Further Education setting.
* Demonstrable outstanding and motivational leadership to drive high performance and professional practice.
* A clear understanding of the key external influences impacting the FE sector, coupled with the ability to be flexible and adapt to changing environments.
* Experience in managing successful curriculum provision and a commitment to continuous improvement.
* The ability to foster strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
* A strong track record of successful leadership of commercial growth opportunities and the achievement of commercial growth strategic targets.

You will hold a Level 2 (or equivalent) qualification in English and Maths, a degree or equivalent vocationally relevant qualification as well as a teaching qualification and relevant CPD activities.
