About the Role
Do you have a love for physical education and a passion for bringing energy into students’ lives?
A fantastic secondary school in the Monmouthshire area is looking for anenthusiastic and committed Physical Education Teacher to start full-time in October 2025.
In this role, you’ll deliver dynamic PE lessons across KS3 and KS4 (with opportunities at KS5), helping students to develop their fitness, teamwork, resilience, and confidence on and off the field. Whether it’s through athletics, football, rugby, netball, or fitness training, you’ll encourage every pupil to discover a love of physical activity and the benefits of a healthy lifestyle.
Beyond timetabled lessons, you’ll play an important role in the wider sporting life of the school by coaching teams, organising fixtures, and leading extracurricular clubs that give students the chance to shine.
This is an exciting opportunity for both newly qualified teachers (ECT/NQT) and experienced educators who are passionate about sport, dedicated to pupil progress, and eager to make a lasting impact through PE.

What We’re Looking for?
We welcome applications from individuals who:
* Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or are completing their induction
* Have experience teaching PE at KS3/KS4 (KS5 desirable)
* Can deliver inspiring and inclusive PE lessons that engage all learners
* Possess excellent classroom management and communication skills
* Monitor student progress and provide effective feedback
