Role: Administrator
Location: Hitchin
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, 37.5 hours a week (fully office based)
Salary: £12.82 - £13.84 an hour, weekly pay
Temporary to Permanent opportunity - Immediate Start Available
An excellent opportunity has now arisen for an experienced Administrator to join our client based in Hitchin.
Our client is seeking an individual that has strong attention detail, ability to use excel and work under pressure, supporting multiple departments with administrative tasks.
Duties of an Administrator:
Processing customer invoices and updating financial spreadsheets
Liaising with clients and customers to update on equipment hire and managing costs
Supporting the buying department and raising purchase orders
Supporting all administrative tasks with various teams
What we would like from you:
Previous experience within administration and office environment
Excellent communication skills; verbal and written
Strong attention to detail
Ability to use excel and learn new systems quickly
Self motivated and ability to work under pressure
Must be available to start immediately.
