This established legal firm is seeking an experienced private client fee earner who is currently a specialist in Trust matters and who would be happy to work on a caseload offering specialist legal advice across this area of law.
We are seeking an ambitious and a forward thinker, able to mix complex fee earning work with a larger department and mentor more junior staff. We are seeking a collaborative lawyer who can be open to working alongside other fee earners to ensure the clients receive a high quality of service.
The clients will be varied, ranging from families, entrepreneurs and business owners who have a variety of requirements across asset and wealth protection and distribution. You will manage your own files, guiding clients through planning for the future, tax implication and setting up a variety of trusts where you will deliver solid legal guidance.
The team are experienced and established, with an excellent client reach across other departments and this is a role where you will be involved in shaping the department.
