Overview
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Occupational Therapist to join our dedicated Paediatric Team. This part‑time role offers the chance to work within a dynamic general paediatric ward supporting children and young people aged 0–19 years with a wide range of conditions, including orthopaedic, surgical, medical, neurological, respiratory and developmental needs.
Role
* As a Senior Paediatric Occupational Therapist, you will play a key role in delivering high‑quality, child‑centred care.
* You will work with a varied caseload and contribute to assessments, treatment planning and therapeutic interventions that support children to reach their full potential.
* You will work closely with Physiotherapists, often completing joint assessments and sessions.
* While collaborating as part of a multidisciplinary approach, you will bring a distinct OT perspective—focusing on functional independence, ADL advice and tailored occupational therapy interventions.
