The Ideal Candidate
24. Previous experience working in a professional kitchen environment, preferably in a hotel setting would be desirable.
25. A passion for cooking and a willingness to learn and develop new skills
26. Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
27. Good communication and teamwork skills
28. Relevant culinary qualifications are preferred but not essential as you will be part of our chef academy
