What We're Looking For: This role is ideal for someone who is: An Early Career Teacher (ECT) working towards or recently awarded Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) via PGCE, GTP, or Bachelor of Education. Confident and enthusiastic about teaching within Key Stage One or Key Stage Two. Keen to develop strong classroom management skills in a supportive environment. Open to feedback, eager to learn, and committed to ongoing professional growth. Passionate about making a positive impact on the learning and lives of primary pupils.
