Are you someone who brings structure, calm and a proactive mindset to complex schedules, meetings and governance processes? Our client is seeking an exceptional EA to support their CEO and Board. A key role to ensure the smooth running of executive and board activity. Based in London Bridge. 2 days in the office 3 from home. What you’ll be doing day to day: Providing proactive executive support Running the company secretariat processes for the board Managing complex diaries, emails and meeting requests Coordinating internal and external meetings, preparing agendas Tracking and supporting on projects and follow up actions Preparing presentations, briefing documents and reports Arranging travel, accommodation and itineraries Organising board & committee meetings Preparing and distributing board papers, agendas and minutes Maintaining governance records Supporting trustee recruitment processes and Board member onboarding Building strong relationships with Board members and key stakeholders The skills you need to bring: Proven experience supporting senior executives Board support Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities A confident communicator Discreet, professional and comfortable handling sensitive information Proactive, adaptable and calm under pressure A collaborative team player who can work independently Excellent proven IT skills
