What You'll Do
* Teach practical sessions on our working farm and in modern agricultural facilities
* Share your real‑world farming experience to make learning relevant

What We Need From You
* A Level 3 (or higher) qualification in Agriculture, Horticulture, Animal Care, or related agricultural field
* At least 3 years' recent work experience in agriculture, farming, or land management
* Good verbal and written communication skills
* Willingness to complete teaching and assessing qualifications (we'll pay for these)
* A positive attitude that fits our values: teamwork, always improving, putting students first, being inclusive, and caring
