About the role
We are seeking an experienced Perioperative Practitioner with scrub expertise to join our well‑established theatre team in Norwich. The role involves supporting patients through their perioperative journey and ensuring the highest standards of care.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver exemplary planned care for patients during the perioperative stage.
* Assist in managing and organising care within the Scrub/Recovery team.
* Work collaboratively across multi‑disciplinary teams.
* Assess patient needs, implement and evaluate care plans.
Qualifications and Experience
* HCPC registered ODP or NMC registered nurse (no restrictions).
* Minimum 2 years of scrub experience in Plastics/Gynaecology/Ophthalmic/General surgery.
* Strong communication and organisational skills.
* Flexible, positive attitude.
* Desirable: Surgical First Assist (SFA) qualification.
