Senior Mechanical Project Manager – M&E
Due to retirement, a Senior Mechanical Project Manager is required for a design, build and maintenance business that is on a major upward trajectory. Overseeing around 5 projects at any one time and managing all sub-contract labor, you will ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.
Requirements:
* Established Mechanical Project Manager with a track record of managing commercial / industrial installation.
* Exceptional mechanical installation knowledge (plumbing / pipework bias).
* Experience of managing gross and net profit on projects.
* Procurement knowledge.
* Happy to travel nationally when required.
Package:
* Total package £86,000.
* Base salary around £60,000.
* Bonus based on gross profit, typically around £20,000 (net and gross profit figures are transparent).
* £6000 car allowance.
* 33 days holiday.
