Hours: 37 hours per week

We’re looking for an ambitious and values‑driven Curriculum Development Manager to play a key role in shaping an outstanding learning experience for our students. Working closely with the Deputy Head and Head of Curriculum, you’ll lead curriculum innovation, drive quality, and empower teaching teams to deliver exceptional outcomes across Business, Travel and Tourism.
Your role
* Assist the Head of Curriculum in the planning and development of the curriculum, including the management of staff and resources in the area.
* Support the implementation of local and corporate strategies to improve the quality of teaching, learning and assessment.
* Monitor and address attendance, punctuality and disciplinary issues.
* Be the line manager for staff within the area, and support the Head with other aspects of staff management.
About you
* Relevant degree or another professional qualification of an equivalent level.
* GCSEs in English and Maths A*-C/9-4 or equivalent.
* A PGCE or equivalent teaching qualification is desirable but not essential.
* A management qualification is desirable but not essential.
* Successful track record of teaching across a range of levels.
