Job Overview
As a Senior Commercial Manager, you will play a vital role in building and nurturing business relationships within the life‑science market, particularly targeting Pharma, Biotechs, CDMOs & CROs, TTO’s & universities. Your responsibilities will include retaining existing clients and developing new business opportunities.
Responsibilities
* Develop strong client relationships, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
* Identify and capitalize on new sales opportunities in the life science sector.
* Collaborate with product and marketing departments to enhance product offerings and lead generation efforts.
* Achieve and surpass sales targets.
* Work in close alignment with other department heads to ensure comprehensive market growth.
* Work with all sales team, set up easy‑to‑follow plans and guides to help customers get the best experience.
* Inform product teams regularly and objectively to ensure our products match client needs.
* Track performance using client feedback scores and sales metrics.
* Drive sales of Labiotech’s offerings: website banners, sponsored articles, podcast sponsorships, email blasts, and newsletter sponsorships.
* Deliver performance reports to clients on a regular basis.
* Use Google Analytics to track best‑performing content pieces and propose enhancements.
* Manage all sponsorship accounts and ensure yearly renewals.
Qualifications
* Experience in digital media and marketing.
* Proven sales experience is a plus, but not required; comprehensive training, tools, and support will be provided.
* Knowledge of the biotech sector is advantageous but not mandatory.
* Experience with marketing tools (analytics, reporting, CMS).
* A Master’s degree in business, communications, or marketing (or equivalent).
* An appetite for science and the biotech industry.
* Strong communication skills, both in organizational contexts and in public presentations.
* A versatile team player, equipped to navigate and adapt in a fast‑evolving business landscape.
* Prepared to travel as needed.
