The successful candidate with a track record of outstanding teaching across the primary phase but a passion for lower KS2 provision. Have the competence and flair to inspire a creative classroom, understanding the impact that this has on attainment and personal development. Be knowledgeable about the curriculum and understand a child's learning journey from EYFS to Key Stage 2. Have high expectations of all pupils' achievements and behaviour, and the skills to build effective relationships. Be organised, adaptable and well-planned, and able to show initiative and independence. Be motivated, with a good sense of humour and an eagerness to learn from and support your colleagues and our community. (Also very important to us!) Have excellent I.T. skills.
