Responsibilities
* Support individuals in their home and local communities.
* Help them with daily living tasks such as washing, cleaning, shopping and attending social events.
* Provide person‑centred support, ensuring good communication and independence.
* Collaborate with the team to plan and review care plans and long‑term goals.
* Encourage participation in education, leisure and community activities.
Qualifications & Experience
* Welcoming attitude with empathy, reliability and kindness.
* Good communication and listening skills.
* Openness to learning new skills and adapting to different needs.
* Previous experience in social care is an advantage but not essential; full training is provided.
