We are currently recruiting for Site Supervisor- Patching and Lining to join our team, delivering exceptional customer service and innovative operational solutions across Yorkshire. This is a fantastic opportunity to start a rewarding career with Lanes Group, working closely with one of our most exciting clients and contributing to their AMP8 objectives. Due to business expansion, we are currently looking for a new Lining Site Supervisor to report into the Lining Project Manager, based at our Bradford site. The role will be covering contracts with the lining division. This role is best suited to somebody who thrives in running a team with excellent man management skills and strong communication skills, who can work well under pressure.
* Support the project manager in planning and management of the lining teams.
* Strong Man Management skills are essential
* Audits, compliance, and site safety in line with company policies and health and safety.
* Problem solving - analytical skills.
* Customer interaction.
* Client interaction.
* Fleet and plant management.
* Monitoring productivity
* Excellent housekeeping, whilst adhering to all health and safety policies and procedures.
* Providing positive and innovative input to the team.
* Ensuring safety issues are reported in line with company procedures.
* Demonstrate leadership.
* Attend meetings at various sites on a weekly basis to discuss potential works and CPI's
* Daily management of live work bank, which will require liaising with client and lining team daily and reacting to live high priority jobs.
