Role type: Contract Location: London Summary of role: The Project Administrator to the CEO Office provides vital administrative and coordination support to ensure the smooth delivery of key strategic initiatives. Working closely with the Chief of Staff and Strategic Programme Development Lead, this role supports the execution of the CEO’s vision by managing project logistics, tracking progress, and facilitating effective communication across teams. The position offers a unique opportunity to work at the heart of organisational strategy and gain insight into executive-level operations. Key Responsibilities Support the CEO Office leadership in planning, coordinating, and executing strategic projects. Assist with project documentation, meeting preparation, scheduling, and follow-up actions. Maintain project trackers, dashboards, and timelines to ensure accurate reporting and visibility. Coordinate communication between internal stakeholders, ensuring updates are shared and aligned. Prepare briefing notes, reports, and presentations for executive reviews. Monitor project milestones and deliverables, highlighting any risks or delays for resolution. Support cross-functional collaboration by organising meetings, workshops, and key project events. Contribute to process improvements and help streamline administrative and reporting workflows within the CEO Office. Qualifications & Experience Experience in project coordination, administration, or operations within a fast-paced environment. Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with confidence engaging senior stakeholders. High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and reporting. Proficiency with standard productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, project tracking tools). Previous experience supporting executives or working within a corporate or strategic function is advantageous. Attributes Proactive, resourceful, and highly organised.
