We require 3–5 years experience in a commercial AI or software development role, with a proven track record of delivering real-world solutions. We require a solid understanding of ERP platforms or structured business data environments, such as Business Central, SAP, Oracle, or similar. We require hands-on experience with AWS Cloud services and an understanding of on-site storage environments, including backup strategies. We require a collaborative, curious, and team-first approach, with the ability to work with non-technical colleagues and explain complex ideas clearly. We require strong technical skills in Python, SQL, and Visual Studio Code. We require experience with machine learning frameworks, REST APIs, and AWS Cloud. Desirable skills include Java, C++, R, Microsoft Dynamics 365 BC, Microsoft Azure, Power BI, and LLM / AI API integration. Responsibilities: We design, build, and deploy intelligent machine learning models that learn from our Business Central data, surface actionable insights, and automate manual processes across the business. We connect AI components and APIs into our existing cloud infrastructure and applications, ensuring everything works together seamlessly and reliably at scale. We develop a strong working understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and use AI tools to extract, analyse, and present data-driven insights. We continuously fine-tune models and tools for improved accuracy, performance, and scalability. We support and develop our digital asset storage environment, including on-site storage and AWS Cloud backup, ensuring assets are securely stored, well-structured, and easy to access. We work closely with the IT team, stakeholders, and department heads to ensure solutions are grounded in real business needs and deliver measurable value.
