About the role
As an Accommodation Project Worker, you’ll help young people build the skills they need to live independently, offering support through personalised plans, key working, and life skills coaching. You’ll help create a safe, welcoming space where residents feel at home, while also assisting with the day-to-day running of the service.

* Stays calm and focused under pressure, even in challenging situations.
* Comfortable using computers and digital tools in day-to-day tasks.
* A team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to support others.

In accordance with safer recruitment processes many of the roles we recruit for require successful candidates to undertake an appropriate criminal record background check. Days and hours
You will be contracted to 40 hours per week. This includes late shifts (1:30pm-10pm), alternate weekends, and on-call duties.
What we offer
Annual salary £27,206.40
