Hours: Full-time – 37 hours per week

We're looking for an Assistant Practice Manager to join our team at The Glen Medical Practice, a dynamic and forward-thinking GP surgery dedicated to providing excellent patient care.
About the Role
You'll work closely with the Practice Manager to oversee the day-to-day running of the practice. Your role will cover a variety of responsibilities including:
* Supporting operational and administrative workflows
* Assisting with HR tasks including staff support and recruitment
* Helping manage rotas, systems, and data reporting
* Acting as a key contact for patients and staff
This is an ideal role for someone looking to step into practice management or progress their career in primary care.
What We're Looking For
* Previous experience in a healthcare, administrative, or managerial role
* Strong organisational and communication skills
* A proactive, flexible, and problem-solving mindset
* Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team
* Experience with clinical systems Vision and docman is desirable but not essential
