We're partnering with an established and growing premium drinks business to find a Logistics Coordinator who can play a key role in ensuring products move seamlessly from supplier to customer. This is an opportunity to join a highly respected organisation where you'll have genuine autonomy, visibility across the business, and the chance to make a real impact on operational performance.
Working closely with Commercial, Finance, Customer Service and Operations teams, you'll become the go-to person for inbound logistics, stock movements, imports, exports and warehouse coordination.
What You'll Be Doing
* Managing inbound shipments from purchase order through to stock arrival.
* Coordinating imports, exports and third-party logistics providers (3PLs).
* Monitoring shipment performance, stock landings and delivery schedules.
* Maintaining accurate ERP system data and stock records.
* Managing freight quotes, shipping costs and supplier relationships.
* Supporting customers and internal stakeholders with logistics-related queries.
* Investigating shipment discrepancies and driving solutions.
* Identifying opportunities to improve processes, reduce costs and enhance service levels.
What We're Looking For
* Experience within logistics, supply chain, operations or import/export coordination.
* Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
* Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
* Experience working with ERP systems.
* Confident communicator who enjoys building relationships internally and externally.
* Wine industry experience would be highly advantageous.
