Role Overview
CBRE Global Workplace Solutions is a leading global provider of integrated facilities and corporate real estate management. We are recruiting for a Critical Services Engineer to join our Global Account Team within the Financial and Professional Services Sector. The successful candidate will deliver and maintain day‑to‑day Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) tasks, reactive and subcontractor maintenance and will be a member of a successful team committed to achieving the client and company objectives.
Shift Pattern
4 days on, 6 days off, 4 nights on, 4 off, 3 days on, 3 nights on, 4 days off (07:00‑19:00 / 19:00‑07:00). 42 hours per week.
Responsibilities
* Support the shift team’s provision of service.
* Day‑to‑day involvement with the Building Management System.
* Undertake and maintain day‑to‑day PPM records.
* Undertake general housekeeping duties.
* Instill best working practices.
* Maintain compliance with all health and safety policies.
* Support colleagues, ensuring their motivation and commitment to the client, contract and company.
* Take a proactive approach to resolve day‑to‑day problems.
* Monitor and review permits and working practices on all maintenance activities.
* Review and fully understand all emergency procedures.
Qualifications
* Minimum academic qualification in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
* Several years of prior experience in a similar role and strong customer skills.
* Self‑motivated with a "Can Do" customer attitude at all times.
* Must pass Sterling back checks.
