Position Summary:
We are looking to hire a talented and eager Clinical Project Manager to join our UK team in a remote position. The Project Manager will perform activities supporting the start-up, management, and completion of patient services for clinical research studies.
Responsibilities:
* Contracts support
* Review protocols for new requests for proposal or assigned projects
* Study management activities and study start-up
* Maintain study tracking database to reflect the status of studies and deliverables
* Communicate regularly with global study stakeholders including CRO and Sponsors, managing client expectations and escalations
* Schedule and lead study Kick-off Meetings, Investigators’ Meetings, and follow-up calls
* Serve as main contact for Sponsor and CRO clients for Scout Clinical services on assigned studies
* Collaborate on operational internal policies and ensure adherence
* Oversee regulatory onboarding of studies with Scout Clinical Compliance Team
* Manage preparation of study-specific patient and site-facing documentation
* Train sites and study teams on utilizing the Scout portal
* Configure and oversee Scout Clinical portal for studies
* Support travel and reimbursement activities with the Patient Liaison team
* Review and manage study utilization and financial metrics
Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
* Experience in the clinical/healthcare industry, preferably clinical research
* Strong understanding of project management and clinical trial processes
* Ability to handle multiple projects and track key deadlines
