£40-43k plus car allowance

With huge ambitions to develop their portfolio of brands even further into international markets this is a great opportunity for a shopper / brand activation manager to join them on join them on that journey.
The Role
This role is key to driving the activation of the brands, in and close to stores, maximising ROI on our budgets and therefore delivering brand growth across international markets predominantly across North America and Europe.
We are seeking someone who can deliver best-in-class shopper activation strategies and executions with retail and distribution partners that make our brands the most compelling choice and increase conversion, as well as drive NPD awareness and trial. The scope of this role covers all branded shopper focused activities where you will work on creative development, shopper focused media planning and activity execution with customers, which align with their omni-channel approach.
To be successful in this role you will need the following:
You will have proven shopper marketing / brand experience working within a branded FMCG environment
Experience in international markets, experience of North America is a preference
A forward thinking, flexible attitude is vital and you must have the drive and resilience to succeed and be able to work from your own initiative.
Self-starter with a strong sense of accountability & a commercial mindset, who can work in an entrepreneurial fast-paced international business environment, flexing across diverse cultures & working styles
The role will involve cross functional team working therefore the ability to successfully develop and maintain relationships by adopting a collaborative working style is crucial.
