The person in this role will work closely with all FM teams to ensure smooth operations and communications.What you'll do:Provide Day to Day FM operational support -Fabric and Fixtures Planned Reactive Maintenance support issues which may arise in Soft, Hard or Office ServicesReactive response to Client FM operational support via Helpdesk or directAd-hoc Cover to Operate and oversee FM Helpdesk activities§ Manage and close assigned PPM Reactive tasks using Maximo (training provided), ensuring full SLA complianceWhat you'll bring:Technical background Experience in Building Services Workplace EnvironmentCustomer-focused with a reliable and responsible attitudeStrong communication and time management skillsAble to prioritise and manage multiple tasks work hands on supporting FM operations – MAC and deliveriesStrong interpersonal skills and clear written/verbal communicationAdvanced IT skills, especially MS OfficeExperience in food production or manufacturing settings (preferred)Full Irish driving licenseAble to operate handheld computer systems to log audits, events, and cleaning checks.Why Sodexo?:Working with Sodexo is more than a job; it's a chance to be part of something greater.Belong in a company and team that values you for you.
