Collaborate with customers in the region to optimize on SLA's and achieve very high NPS. Ensure partnership management for effective delivery to our customers. Partner with the commercial organization in the region to drive customer account management and margin improvements. Work closely with the Global service leader and the team of specialists to support the regional teams. Ensure High Forecast accuracy in customer project delivery and supporting the double-digit growth of the business. Ability to support transformation to a Informatics led business model. You're the right fit if: You've acquired 10 years of successful leadership within a matrixed organization (I.e., results-oriented, strategic-thinker, and data-enabled decision maker). Your skills include experience with Informatics technology and Hardware; customer delivery within healthcare, medical technology products or Informatics solutions with experience managing services portfolios and/or service level agreements; onboarding new customers and creating value to support customer retention. You have a Bachelor's (required), ideally with Health, Science, Business or Engineering; Masters, (a plus). You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.
