Responsibilities
* Deliver a mix of New Build and Refurbishment Speculative Residential schemes across the South East.
* Work underneath a Project Manager on a challenging refurbishment scheme prior to moving onto a new build scheme.
* Adapt to either a residential developer or main contracting background; focus on attitude and the ability to develop professionally.
Qualifications & Requirements
* A background from residential development or main contracting is acceptable.
* Career-focused individual with a drive to develop and progress within the role.
