Join our amazing Supported Living Service located in Aylesford, Kent.
We offer £11.75 per hour with enhanced rates for overtime and annual pay reviews/rises.
You will work across 3 units in the same home, providing support in various aspects of daily life, such as shopping, housework, cooking, laundry, and community activities. Join our friendly team and bring new ideas!
Shifts start from 7am and finish at 10pm, with varied days and nights. We are flexible around hours, ideal for working parents during school hours!

Candidate qualities:
* Positive attitude with a can-do approach
* Caring, patient, empathetic
* Good communication and listening skills
* Experience in caring/support work is desirable
* Right to work in the UK
* Full UK driving license desirable
* BSL skills desirable
* Knowledge of sensory impairments/learning difficulties beneficial
* Passionate about improving lives
* Willing to attend training as needed

* Supporting with daily tasks like cooking, cleaning
* Personal care and hygiene
* Financial management
* Medication and wellbeing
* Community outings for shopping and activities
