A highly regarded secondary school in Wilmslow is seeking enthusiastic and motivated Graduate Teaching Assistants to join their team from September 2025.
This is an excellent opportunity to work alongside experienced educators, support students across various subjects, and gain first-hand insight into the day-to-day life of a school.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support teachers in the delivery of high-quality lessons
* Provide targeted 1:1 and small group support to students
* Assist with lesson planning, classroom resources, and behaviour management
* Work with students with additional needs (SEND, SEMH) to help them access the curriculum
* Help to create a positive, inclusive learning environment
Ideal Candidate:
* A recent graduate in any subject – English, Maths, Science, Humanities, Psychology, etc.
* Passionate about working with young people and making a difference
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* Proactive, reliable, and eager to learn
* Previous experience working or volunteering with children or young people is desirable

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
