National Account Manager – Fleet & Key Accounts
Location: Flexible / UK (Field-based)
Salary: Competitive Basic + Uncapped Commission + Benefits
We are seeking an experienced and commercially driven National Account Manager for Fleet & Key Accounts to develop and grow strategic relationships within the fleet and multi-site garage sector. This senior field‑based role will focus on engaging with large fleet operators and major garage groups (such as nationwide service chains and multi‑site operators), helping to increase adoption of Laser Tools products across high‑volume professional environments. This is a new and influential position, offering the opportunity to shape our approach to national fleet and key account engagement while working closely with existing distribution and trade partners. In terms of location, we are flexible on this and welcome applications from all parts of the UK.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute national account strategies targeting major fleets, national garage groups, dealer networks and high‑volume service organisations, with a clear understanding of each customer’s market positioning and operational needs.
* Build and maintain strong, long‑term relationships with key decision makers, procurement teams and operational stakeholders.
* Identify and develop new commercial opportunities, leading negotiations and securing high‑value agreements.
* Act as a brand ambassador, clearly communicating the value, quality and application of Laser Tools products in professional workshop environments.
* Work collaboratively with internal teams (sales, marketing, product and operations) to deliver tailored solutions and a consistently high customer experience.
* Monitor market trends, competitor activity and customer feedback to inform account planning and long‑term growth strategies.
About You
* Proven experience in a national account field sales role, ideally within automotive, fleet, workshop equipment or technical B2B environments.
* Strong commercial awareness with the ability to negotiate at a senior level.
* A confident communicator and relationship builder, comfortable engaging with multiple stakeholders.
* Self‑motivated and organised, with experience managing a national territory.
* A genuine interest in automotive tools, workshop equipment or technical products (advantageous but not essential).
