We're offering an exciting opportunity for an experienced HVAC Engineer to move into a more strategic, coordination-focused role. This is a newly created position where you'll play a key part in supporting engineers, improving processes, and ensuring high-quality delivery across a range of projects.
If you enjoy problem-solving, system design, and being the go-to technical expert-this role is for you.
What You'll Be Doing
Providing remote technical support and troubleshooting for field engineers
Assisting with HVAC system design, equipment selection, and heat loss calculations
Supporting quotes, technical submissions, and project specifications
Managing equipment orders, suppliers, and deliveries to site
Leading F-Gas compliance, documentation, and audit readiness
Producing RAMS, O&M manuals, and commissioning documentation
Acting as a technical point of contact for clients from enquiry through to completion
Conducting site surveys and occasional on-site support
What We're Looking For
Solid background in HVAC (air conditioning & ventilation systems)
Experience with VRV/VRF, split systems, and ventilation
Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
Organised, detail-focused, and confident managing multiple projects
Comfortable communicating with engineers, suppliers, and clients
Commercial awareness and a proactive mindset
Essential Requirements
F-Gas certification and/or relevant NVQ (or equivalent)
IT literate (Microsoft Office + job management systems)
Full UK Driving Licence
