Terminal 2 - Manchester Airport - Contract Manager Role - 8 Month Contract with potential Perm Role. Managing Flooring Installation at Manchester Airport. Assistant / Second Project Manager for the Manchester Airport T2 our clients have secured. The project will commence Early 2025 and run for approx. 32 weeks. Requirements as below: SMSTS Relevant CSCS card (White or Black) Experience managing large flooring projects of a similar nature would be ideal. The candidate will be backing up and assisting the lead Project Management lead for the project who will be working under the Regional Manager. They will be tasked with the below: Day to Day site tasks Project documentation Daily briefings All TFL & Mace H&S requirements Internal Co-ordination meetings Co-ordinating and communicating with Mace managers Managing all materials against programme Managing all TFL operatives onsite Managing Labourers Generally backing up the lead manager as required. In a nutshell you will be our clients on site and remote Management teams eyes and ears and representative on site for the duration of the contract, helping to manage the project, running the teams and liaising with the main Contractors as required. In return our clients offer a very attractive Salary and Benefits. The Role could very well be extended into a permanent role but is for an initial approximate 8 month period.
