What You'll Be Doing: * Machine components using lathes, milling machines, and drilling equipment to tight tolerances. * Assemble and fit high-value engineered equipment, maintaining quality and reliability standards. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams on servicing, maintenance, and customer-focused projects. * Apply problem-solving skills and technical know-how in a precision-led environment. * Occasionally work off-site (UK & international) to support projects and customer service. What We're Looking For: Experienced Engineer / Fitter-Machinist with relevant qualifications. Competent in English and Mathematics (GCSE Grade 5 / O'level Grade C or above). Experience in precision machining: turning, milling, drilling, and fitting (essential). Strong communication skills, professionalism, and customer focus. Willingness to learn, travel, and progress into new areas such as sales or global service roles.
