We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Chef de Partie to join our vibrant kitchen team. As a Chef de Partie, you will play a crucial role in preparing high-quality meals that delight our guests. Duties
* Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards.
* Assist in meal preparation, ensuring that all ingredients are fresh and of high quality.
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area, including workstations and equipment.
* Follow food safety protocols to ensure the highest standards of hygiene are met.
* Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours.
* Help train new kitchen staff in food preparation techniques and safety practices.
Qualifications
* Previous experience in a culinary role or similar position is a must.
* Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
* Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a busy kitchen environment.
