Office Assistant / Front of House
A leading global Private Equity firm is seeking an experienced Front of House / Office Assistant to join its Victoria-based London office. This is a permanent role to start ASAP.
This is a highly visible role in a small (around 25 people) but busy office. It is ideal for someone who enjoys being the face of the business, thrives in a fast-paced corporate environment, and takes pride in delivering warm, professional service.
This role offers genuine scope to grow into broader office administration or executive support over time. Applicants must have a “can-do” / hands-on attitude.
Key responsibilities include:
* Managing reception and guest experience
* Preparing meeting rooms and coordinating catered lunches
* Handling post, couriers, vendors, and office supplies
* Supporting visiting international colleagues
* Assisting with day-to-day office operations and ad-hoc projects
About you:
* Previous experience in FOH / office support (ideally within financial services)
* Polished, proactive, and calm under pressure
* Highly organised and comfortable working autonomously
* Positive, hands-on, and a strong cultural fit
Working pattern:
* 8:00am–5:00pm
* 5 days in the office (Victoria)
