Join the team and start a better life for yourself."Employment Type: Part Time, PermanentDepartment: IKEA Plan & Order PointNumber of Positions: 4IKEA are opening a new Planning & Order Point in Dundee and are looking to welcome Store Assistants to join to join our new Planning & Order Point.WHAT WE OFFER • This role has a start date of 2nd March 2026• Hourly rate of £13.45 per hour.• Part Time - 16 hours per week working 4 days, including evenings and 3 out of 4 weekends• Part Time - 24 hours per week working 5 days, including evenings and 3 out of 4 weekends• We can discuss flexibility to match your life and our business needs during the interview.WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO HAVE • You are business-minded, results orientated and want to co-create the wonderful everyday with the many.• You are forward thinking, enjoy switching tasks, and like to see how your individual skills contribute to the team's progress.• You have the ability to communicate clearly at all touchpoints with customers and colleagues.• You have the ability to prioritise and organise your own work to make efficient use of the time available.WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY • You will enhance customer experience by working across all areas to meet customer needs, ensure a seamless shopping experience, and act as a key point of contact for customers throughout their visit.• You are curious about the product range, and want to learn the stories behind the products and their design.• You support sales by ensuring your area of responsibility is clean, all products priced, well presented and easy to shop.• As part of working with the handing out of customer orders you will need to take goods out with customers to their cars and bring the trollies back into store.• In this role you will work across sales, customer relations and order fulfilment/logistics.WE CARE FOR THE PEOPLE It takes the diversity of thought, background, and culture to make great ideas a reality.
