About the AIG Early Career Programme

You’ll also have the opportunity to complete a recognised qualification in Insurance.
How You Will Make an Impact
* Support underwriting new and renewal business to drive profitable growth.
* Support assessment of the desirability of risk.
* Build relationships with brokers by networking and attending broker events.
* Deliver excellent service to brokers.
* Create monthly management information including submissions, bind rate, average premium, and total premium.
What You’ll Need to Succeed
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree to be received no later than June 2026.
* Previous work or volunteering experience in any industry or sector.
* Evidence of extra‑curricular activities.
* Strong communication, networking and relationship‑building skills.
* Strong analytical skills.
* Customer and sales‑orientated behaviours: motivated, proactive, and accountable.
